Enrolling Students

When enrolling students into programs or activities, Always make sure you have the correct enrollment date in the Field at the top.  That field always defaults to the current date, so in most cases you will need to change it to an earlier date.  This will save you much time and aggravation later.

Instructions - Read Before RegisteringFilterRegistration Form
IMPORTANT-MUST READ BEFORE YOU BEGIN REGISTRATION PROCESS:  all trainings require submission of a registration form FOR EACH PARTICIPANT(training spaces are limited, therefore, you must be registered prior to arriving at a training facility)BE SURE TO READ the directions below BEFORE completing and submitting a registration form. 
 
1. Locate the KCC Training Calendar under the "Kids Care Center Training Calendar" section above.  Click on the city name to display the full address of the training location in that city.

2. Pick a training date and time slot from the KCC training calendar – if you are not able to attend the training in your region you may register for any of the Jefferson City trainings or select a training in another region (however, if you select another region, please note that first priority will go to those in the region requesting attendance, then all others will be accepted as space allows). 

3. Training spaces are limited therefore registration forms must be completed for each and every participant from your program.

4. To access the registration form, click on the  "Registration Form” link to the right side of this message.  Fill out the form and click on “save and close”. Your registration will then automatically be sent to Angela Mobley.

5. Confirmations of training registrations will not be sent this year. However, if training space is no longer available Angela will contact you through the phone number or email address you provided in your registration information.  Please be aware that during the winter some trainings may need to be canceled unexpectedly if bad weather moves in over night or is expected during that day.  If at all possible, please try to check your email before leaving for training for any cancellation announcements from Angela.

6. In the event you are no longer able to participate in a training you registered for, it is your responsibility to notify Angela in a timely manner so she may offer your slot to someone else-remember space is limited.  You will then need to register for another training.  Additionally, if you are on your way to a training but running late, please call to inform her so she knows to wait, otherwise she could already be gone by the time you arrive. 
 
7.  If no one has registered for a training before 3:00 p.m. the day 'prior to' the training, it will be canceled at that time.
 
8.  Training will be workshop oriented this year. Please bring the following items to training: copy of grant, schedules, enrollment forms, student id’s, list of staff working in your program & any demographic info that might be available to you. Demographic info consists of Special Needs, Free & Reduced Lunch, Limited English, and Title I.
