Please Complete and Return - ALL Non-LEA Grantees
We need for each program owned/operated by a non-LEA to complete the attached spreadsheet for 'each' grant award received, for all cohorts, and all the sites. We work closely with the licensing office in the Office of Childhood and we need to do a cross check of programs compliance with state licensing laws. Every program owned/operated by a non-LEA, whether licensed or exempt, should have a DVN. Please fill out the spreadsheet and submit to afterschool@dese.mo.gov by October 15. Thank you!
