Check Status of Data Entry


​You can check the status of the majority of your KCC data entry at any time by running the "Certification by Term - Grantee Site APR" report in KCC. You will need to select the school year, site name and begin/end dates for the report to run. This is the same report you should be running to validate data entry for the term certification process as well. You can also find a small report guide describing content found in each report in the "KCC Instruction Manual - Troubleshooting Guide" beginning on page 25.
